Alfred Nobel is by Danehill Dancer and was bred by Seamus Burns of Lodge Park Stud.  “Alfred Nobel was one of the fastest horses that I’ve ever bred,” Burns said. “Being such a fast and early maturing son of Danehill Dancer makes him an ideal stallion for the commercial market, especially as he was such a good-looking yearling when we sold him.”

His second dam is Dazzling Park (Warning) was G1 placed in the Irish Champion Stakes and Irish 1000 Guineas.  She is a half-sister to European Darley’s English Derby winner New Approach (Galileo).
