Champion Juddmonte Farms broodmare Hasili was represented by her seventh winner when Deluxe scored a half-length victory in the Prix De L’Aunette (1600m) at Chantilly on Tuesday.

Deluxe (2f Storm Cat – Hasili by Kahyasi) ran on well to win with something in hand from her six rivals on debut.  “She did well from her outside draw and has a lovely action,” winning jockey Stephane Pasquier said.  “She’s a filly with a big future.”

Juddmonte owner Khalid Abdullah bred the filly from his 2006 Broodmare of the Year Hasili.  The 18-year-old mare has produced Group 1 winners Banks Hill, Intercontinental, Cacique, Champs Elysees and Heat Haze plus Group 2 winner and leading French sire Dansili.

Hasili’s only other progeny is a yearling Empire Maker filly.  She was not bred in 2008.
