The 2011 Perth Magic Millions yearling sale is shaping as the best ever with an outstanding catalogue of youngsters finalised for the Belmont Park sales complex.
Highlights of the four-day sale, which has attracted 686 lots, includes (at least) half relations to Group winners Cats Fun, Kusi, Natural Blitz, Old Fashion, Superb Effect, Clueless Angel, French Bid, Lords Ransom, Sistine Angel, Famous Roman, Brockman’s Lass, Poor Judge and Mansion House.
Included in the catalogue are yearlings from Group winning mares Allow, Arabian Jazz, Jezabeel, Born Priceless, Inshallah, Kalatiara, No Questions, Only Glory, Prime Again, Card Queen, Isanami, Overclock, Paris Petard, Twilight Spy and Westerly Breeze.
Successful Western Australian based sires Oratorio, Bletchley Park, Blackfriars and Viscount are well represented along with up-and-coming stallions Flying Pegasus, Saxon, Trade Fair, Balmont, Danehill Express, Due Sasso, Husson Lightning and Vital Equine.
Interstate sires, with at least three lots catalogued, include Bel Esprit, Choisir, Commands, Dylan Thomas, Elusive Quality, Exceed and Excel, Flying Spur, General Nediym, Haradasun, Holy Roman Emperor, Not a Single Doubt, Rock of Gibraltar and Street Sense.
The 2011 Perth Magic Millions yearling sale will be held from February 9 to 13.
