Less than a week after siring his 100th stakes winner, Danehill Dancer has another Group 1 winner waiting in the wings in Ireland.

The Coolmore shuttler has already sired the winners of the Irish 1000 and 2000 Guineas this year and Ballydoyle filly Lilly Langtry will for gunning for her own G1 in the Moyglare Stakes at the Curragh on August 30.

Lillie Langtry (2f Danehill Dancer – Hoity Toity by Darshaan) will be set for the Moyglare after a decisive victory in the G2 Debutante Stakes at Leopardstown on Thursday.

“She has a great turn of gear,” trainer Aidan O’Brien said.  “She will now head for the Moyglare if everything goes to plan.”

Lillie Langtry won second-up at Naas in June before finishing second to Habaayib in the Albany Stakes at Royal Ascot.  She was sent out a long odds-on favourite yesterday after running so well on her first trip away from home.

The winner was a 230,000gns buy for Michael Tabor as a yearling.  She comes from the family of Sheikh Maktoum’s champion European sprinter Great Commotion (Nureyev).

Bookmakers immediately installed Lillie Langtry as a 6-1 favourite for the 2010 English 1000 Guineas.  She has wrested favouritism from the Luca Cumani-trained Seta (Pivotal) who was a brilliant debut winner at Newmarket last Saturday.
