Fast ‘N’ Famous transfers to Jindera Park

Cross-border trainer Brett Cavanough has installed former NZ stallion Fast ‘N’ Famous at Jindera Park for a $4,400 (inc gst) fee.

Jindera Park is situated 15km north of Albury-Wodonga and Cavanough is confident the 11 year-old stallion will attract breeders from NSW and Victoria.

Fast ‘N’ Famous (Redoute’s Choice – Zalinda by Zabeel) was a $660,000 graduate of the 2004 Inglis Easter yearling sale when offered by Twin Palms Stud.  Trained by John O’Shea, he won the G3 Gilgai Stakes at Flemington and was runner-up to Magnus in the G1 Galaxy Hcp at Warwick Farm.

At stud, Fast ‘N’ Famous has sired G1 Queensland Oaks winner Quintessential and G2 New Zealand Trophy winner Our Famous Eve.  His current crop of two year-olds includes brilliant Perth filly Molto Allegro.

With his oldest progeny five year-olds, Fast ‘N’ Famous has sired the winners of 132 races at a 55% strike-rate.
