Juddmonte welcomes brother to Frankel

Juddmonte Farms welcomed a full-brother to Frankel at Banstead Manor Farm in Newmarket last weekend.

The Galileo colt is from stakes winning mare Kind.  “He’s an attractive colt with size and scope,” general manager Philip Mitchell said.  “We are delighted with him and Kind will return to Galileo.”

In addition to Frankel, Danehill mare Kind has also produced the G3 winners Bullet Train and Noble Mission.  Kind’s other foals include the 3yo Oasis Dream colt Morpheus and an unnamed 2yo filly by Oasis Dream

Frankel will begin covering his first mares at Banstead Manor next week.  He retired as racing’s all-time greatest galloper with a Timeform rating of 147 which put him ahead of Sea Bird (145) and Brigadier Gerard (144).
