A More Than Ready filly created a new record price for the Inglis Easter Session 2 Sale on Thursday afternoon.

Randwick trainer John O’Shea topped Easter 2 with a $360,000 bid for the More Than Ready – Faith Hill filly (Lot 463) offered by Edinglassie Stud.

A total of 88 yearlings found new homes during Session 2 on Thursday at a clearance rate of 83%.  Turnover of $6.48 million sent the overall gross to $79.30 million.

Session 2 has a proven track record of unearthing top class gallopers and buyers rewarded vendors for bringing well-presented lots purchasing 20 for $100,000 or more.
