Onemorenomore foals all quality

If his first colts and fillies are any indication, Vinery stallion Onemorenomore is turning out to be every bit as consistent as his own sire Red Ransom at siring high quality foals.

Red Ransom was famous for imparting aristocratic qualities into his offspring.  Onemorenomore is a case in point having sold for $800,000 at the 2008 Inglis Easter yearling sale.

And now Onemorenomore is following suit with his first foals being warmly received and widely acclaimed at numerous nurseries in and around the country.

”Onemorenomore has received the best of mares any young stallion in the Hunter Valley,” Vinery Stud general manager Peter Orton said.  ”We’re delighted with the Onemorenomore foals.  We certainly had an expectation considering the quality and class of the stallion.”

Onemorenomore (5h Red Ransom – Palia by Last Tycoon) attracted 145 mares in his first season including 25 stakes winners and is covering another strong book this season.

He was a racehorse of the highest calibre winning the Group 1 AJC Champagne Stakes (1600m) by four lengths ahead of Tickets and Manhattan Rain.

Onemorenomore stands for a $24,200 (inc gst) service fee at Vinery.
