An unreserved auction of Patinack Farm bloodstock and real estate will take place at the Gold Coast Magic Millions next month.
It will comprise 560 horses – the largest private thoroughbred dispersal sale in Australian history.
Patinack Farm’s entire portfolio of stallions, broodmares, foals, yearlings and racehorses will go under the hammer in the last week of September.
The stallions include Murtajill, Monaco Consul, Trusting and Lope De Vega.
The broodmares include Group 1 winners Allez Wonder, Bel Mer, Serious Speed and Devil Moon who are all in foal to Vinery sire All Too Hard.
Group 1 winners Heavenly Glow, La Montagna and Victory Vein are all in foal to Lope de Vega.
Half or full relations to stakes winners include Makybe Diva, Commands, Serious Speed, Sabatini, Turffontein, Onemorenomore, Whittington, Blur, Count Encosta, Crossyourheart, Danewin, Dehere, Divine Madonna, Foreplay, Gingerbread Man, Gotta Have Heart, Murtajill, Nediym’s Glow, No Evidence Needed, Northern Drake, Shrewd Rhythm, and Wonderful World.
The progeny of Group of winners includes Victory Vein, Sun Classique, Stellamac, Royal Asscher, and Legible.
“This sale represents an unparalleled opportunity to buy some of Australia’s most valuable breeding and racing thoroughbreds,” Magic Millions managing director Vin Cox said. “Everything will be sold.”
Patinack Farm’s horse breeding and spelling farms are some of the largest and most prized in Australia.
Properties for sale include Richmond Grove and Tremayne in the Hunter Valley, Banoon at Monageeta in Victoria and Patinack’s two farms at Beaudesert in Queensland.
