Three Bridges Thoroughbreds has kept the service fees for its young sires Stryker and Unencumbered unchanged for 2016.
Standing again at $11,000, Stryker goes from strength to strength and sired his first Group I winner earlier this year when Rangipo took out the New Zealand Derby. The dominant Kiwi gelding also won at Group 2 level in the Avondale Guineas, Waikato Guineas and Great Northern Guineas earlier this season.
Stryker (Fastnet Rock) has sired the winners of over $1 million in prizemoney in Australia this season with stakes performers Labdien and Miss Nymeria leading the way. He’s the top Victorian based second season sire by Australian winners with 28 on the board since August 1.
Three Bridges has also maintained the fee for Magic Millions 2YO Classic winner Unencumbered at $13,200.
“We will be showcasing some lovely weanlings at the Gold Coast and Great Southern Sale by Unencumbered,” said Toby Liston. “He’s already stamping them like himself, so if they can run fast and early like he did, then his supporters will be in for some real upside going forward.
“Our breeding guru Brian Messner, who also assists Gilgai Farm, Mill Park and Tony Santic, has great belief in Unencumbered. He told everybody about I Am Invincible, so we hope his judgement will be vindicated again with Unencumbered.”
