Shoot Out’s classic winning half sister Cassandara Shadow will go under the hammer at the Magic Millions National Sale in June. A G3 winner of the Western Australian Oaks, Cassandara Shadow (Johannesburg) has been catalogued as a member of the Robyn Wise draft.
High Chaparral gelding Shoot Out who won his second G1 race with a sensational victory in Saturday’s AJC Australian Derby at Randwick.
“Cassandara Shado is one of the top prospects to be sold anywhere in the world this year,” Magic Millions Managing Director David Chester said. “Shoot Out is a Magic Millions graduate and he is one of the best staying prospect in the country.
“Their dam Pentamerous is a half sister to G2 winner Native Jazz and her two runners have won a Derby and an Oaks. It doesn’t get much better than that.”
Another mare with stakes winning form from Perth heading to sale and the Robyn Wise draft is Locus Standi. She is by Street Cry and was a Listed winner of the Burgess Queen Stakes and has since won three races in Singapore.
