In a vote of confidence for Super VOBIS, qualified yearlings for the Victorian bonus scheme averaged $128,163 at the Gold Coast Magic Millions.
Victorian based buyers accounted for 40% of the Super VOBIS yearlings that changed hands.
Top price among the 95 eligible lots was the $600,000 More Than Ready – Polaway colt purchased by Ellerslie Lodge. He is from a stakes performed daughter of G1 Golden Slipper winner Polar Success.
The popularity of Super VOBIS has been fuelled by recent upgrades to VOBIS Gold which has received whole-hearted support from RVL, State Premier Denis Napthine and TBV.
