Acceptances due for Magic Millions Raceday

First acceptances for the two feature races highlighting January’s $4.30 million Magic Millions Raceday close at noon next Friday, December 9.

The $2 million BMW Magic Millions 2YO Classic (1200m) and $1 million Gold Coast Magic Millions 3YO Guineas (1400m) are the stand out races on the nine race card – the richest raceday in Queensland and one of the richest in the world.

Trainers and owners are reminded that free first acceptances close next week for horses set to contest either race.  First acceptances for the remaining seven races on the card close at 11am (Qld time) on Tuesday, January 3.

“We encourage owners and trainers with eligible runners to target these feature races – these first acceptances are free and can be lodged as usual though the Trainers’ Services Centre,” Magic Millions Managing Director Vin Cox said.  “The races will be run and won – these are not lucky bonuses – this is prizemoney paid exclusively to our loyal clients,” he added.
