Agnes World replaced by Smart Falcon at Shadai

A week after Shadai Stallion Station reported the death of former Australian shuttler Agnes World, it has announced Smart Falcon will join its Hokkaido roster in 2013.

Agnes World (Danzig) shuttled to Widden Stud between 2001 and 2003 and there were 71 Australian winners from those three crops.  Beset by low fertility, the best of his southern progeny was G1 Caulfield Guineas winner Wonderful World who is based at Patinack Farm in Queensland.

Smart Falcon (7h Gold Allure – Keishu Herb by Mississipian) won 20 stakes races including 6 at Group 1 level.  He was last seen finishing down the track in the Dubai World Cup.

Smart Falcon is a half-brother to G1 Tokyo Grand Prix winner World Cleek (Magic Mirror).  He is a son of Sunday Silence G1 winner Gold Allure and his dam hails from the family of Irish Derby winner Alamshar.
