Alfred Nobel (Ire) has been purchased outright by Lynward Park Stud owner Ted van Heemst.
The Irish Group 1 winning son of Danehill Dancer will be based permanently at Bullsbrook after shuttling out here for three years until 2013 under an arrangement with Coolmore Stud.
His northern first crop included Explosive Lady who claimed her maiden by four lengths at Nottingham before a Group 3 placing at Royal Ascot as well as the English winners Arthur Martinleake (Yarmouth), Honeysuckle Lil (Newcastle), Vegas Rebel (Brighton), Chetan (Kempton).
He was also represented by juvenile winners in Ireland, Italy and France during 2014.
Alfred Nobel sired 47 foals from his initial Sunspeed book and there have been three seen out this season headed by the stakes-placed youngsters Dickey and Showy Chloe.
Stravinsky stallion Balmont stood solo at Lynward Park last year and he has since been exported to Canada. The West Australian newspaper reports Alfred Nobel will be available for a $4,500 (plus gst) service fee this year.
