Champion Westspeed stallion Bletchley Park dominated the Magic Millions Perth 3YO Trophy (1400m) when For Your Eyes Only defeated Fleming Son at Ascot on Saturday. They are both by the Lynward Park based sire who was originally imported to WA by Graham and Chris Daws in 1993.
For Your Eyes Only (3f Bletchley Park – Communique by Key Business) confirmed her status as the best three-year-old filly in Perth with an easy win in the Magic Millions. She is trained by Paul Jordan for a syndicate headed by Harvey Crossman’s Lima Syndicate.
Her record of 7 wins from 12 starts also includes a Listed victory the 2009 WATC Gimcrack Stakes. She was a $23,000 buy from the Rangeview Stud draft at the 2008 Perth Magic Millions and has now earned over $408,000.
Her dam Communique won four races for Rangeview Stud before retiring to the Bullsbrook nursery. She is a winning half-sister to WA Winter Championship winner Dead Eye Dick (Red Eye Special) and has also foaled Perth winner Fighting Impact (Fighting Falcon).
She has a 2yo colt by Zentsov Street and a weanling colt by Natural Blitz. She was covered by Rangeview newcomer So Secret last year.
