Inglis graduates completed a winning treble at Flemington on Saturday with No Evidence Needed, Largo Lad and Pinker Pinker.

No Evidence Needed (4m Shamardal – Generosa by Generous) was a $130,000 buy for Patinack Farm from the Princes Farm draft at the 2008 Easter Session II Sale.  She had been knocking on the door against the top fillies last season and was duly rewarded in the G2 Let’s Elope Stakes.

Shamardal has been among Darley’s more successful shuttlers with horses the calibre of G1 Victorian Oaks winner Faint Perfume in his first two southern crops.  The Bart Cummings trained mare is one of the early favourites for the Caulfield Cup, a race Bart won in 1991 with Let’s Elope.  

No Evidence Needed is from the former Cummings trained mare Generosa (Generous) who was G2 placed in the Light Fingers Stakes – a race named after another one of Bart’s Cup winners.

Largo Lad (6g Encosta De Lago – Lady Marion by Danehill) added to his solid fresh record when scoring a last gasp win in The Sofitel (1400m) at Flemington.  The David Hayes trainee is a giant galloper and he was a $75,000 buy at the 2006 Easter Sale.

Pinker Pinker (3f Reset – Miss Marion by Success Express) showed stakes race potential when overpowering her rivals to win the Voodoo Plate (1100m).  That race was won by Easter graduate Irish Lights last year and she went on to win the G1 Thousand Guineas.  Pinker Pinker is trained by Greg Eurell and is a $120,000 graduate of the 2009 Melbourne Premier yearling sale.
