Over 235 clips of breeze-ups held around the country in the lead-up to the Magic Millions National Horses in Training Sale are now online.
Recent breeze-up sessions at the Gold Coast in Queensland, Seymour in Victoria and Warwick Farm in NSW have all been collated and can be viewed via the Magic Millions website.
A fourth and final breeze-up session will be held on the eve of the sale at the Gold Coast on October 29. The sale will be held on October 31 and November 1.

A colt by first season sire Kheleyf set the benchmark during session one at the Gold Coast running his 200 metre breeze in a slick 10.24 seconds. From the draft of Attunga Stud, the colt, catalogued as lot 33, is a half-brother to the Adelaide based stakes performer Shadrach. His dam Autumn Belle won four races in Adelaide before being retired to stud where she has produced three city performers from just five runners. Next in the fastest rankings were colts by Strada (ex Bras Armee, 10.39), More Than Ready (ex Interfere, 10.42), Dehere (ex Classic Dom, 10.48) and Dark Lord (ex Spinoff, 10.5). Overall during the session the 125 breeze-up lots ran an average time of 11.18 seconds – just 0.1 outside last year’s average on a firmer surface.

A colt by former top class Magic Millions graduate Magic Albert edged out a colt by first season sire Ready’s Image to be the quickest breeze-up lot at Seymour on September 19. Lot 92, the Magic Albert colt is the second foal of the twice winning Danske mare Dance Maiden and he is a member of a quality Nolen Racing draft. The Magic Albert colt breezed up 10.28 – just one hundredth of a second ahead of the Ready’s Image colt, lot 333. A member of the Laceby Lodge Stud draft, the Ready’s Image colt is a half-brother to multiple winner Stratum Force and hails from a Group One family. Overall 87 lots breezed at Seymour at an average time of 11 seconds in a great exhibition of galloping.

Rounding out the three original breeze-up sessions was Warwick Farm on Monday with 24 lots breezing for the first time at the track. Two lots broke 11 seconds on a track which had good “give” – a colt by Mossman at 10.92 and a colt by Bel Danoro was 10.93. The day’s quickest breeze, lot 164 by Mossman is a half-brother to the good class stakes winner My Middi from Baramul Stud’s draft. Lot 177, the colt by Bel Danoro, is the first foal of an unraced three-quarter sister to Email Me, the dam of Latin News and from the family of Golden Slipper winning sire Marauding. A colt by Testa Rossa (11.01), a filly by Dane Shadow (11.06) and another colt by Testa Rossa (11.10) also impressed with quick times.
