Makybe Diva will be covered by Vinery’s Champion Stallion More Than Ready this year.

The triple Melbourne Cup winner is currently enjoying grazing the magnificent property named in her honour which spans over 3200 acres in Victoria.  She will head to Vinery Scone to be under the care of Peter Orton and his team within the next few days.

Makybe Diva, who’s first son by Galileo was presented and sold by Makybe for $1.5 million at this year’s Sydney Easter Yearling Sale, has a chestnut weanling filly by Fusiachi Pegasus and is currently in foal to Encosta De Lago.

It is not the only partnership Makybe has entered in to with Vinery having purchased the southern hemisphere rights to Street Hero (Street Cry).  He will stand alongside Makybe’s foundation stallion Purrealist whose first foals are due next month.
