Three Inglis Easter yearling sale graduates will tackle feature races at the Dubai World Cup meeting this Saturday.
Easter graduates are no strangers to success in Dubai. International star Elvstroem won the G1 Dubai Duty Free in 2005 while Musir was a dominant winner of the G2 UAE Derby in 2010.
Musir (Redoute’s Choice) is back again, this time making an attempt on the showpiece Dubai World Cup. The Mike de Kock trained colt was unbeaten in three starts at Meydan last year and in the current season has clocked two seconds in lead-ups to the World Cup.
Dynamic Blitz (Elusive Quality) has shown a real liking for all weather surfaces, both in Hong Kong and now Dubai and he tackles the G1 Golden Shaheen. He coasted to an easy win last time out in the G3 Al Shandagha Sprint at Meydan.
Better Be The One (More Than Ready) is the third Easter graduate competing at the meeting. Formerly known as Common Interest in Australia, he was a stakes winner for Lee Freedman before transferring to Michael Freedman in Singapore. He has won three from four at Kranji and is among entries for the G2 Al Quoz Sprint.
The Inglis Melbourne Premier Sale is also represented in Dubai with Le Drakkar (Anabaa). A G1 winner in South Africa as a three-year-old, Le Drakkar is set to run in the G2 Godolphin Mile.
