Outstanding catalogue for Magic Millions QTIS Sale

Magic Millions managing director Vin Cox describes the catalogue for the upcoming QTIS Yearling Sale as quite outstanding.

“This is my first QTIS Sale with Magic Millions and I’m absolutely thrilled with the young stock presented for inspections,” Cox claimed.  “There are some serious prospects out there on the grounds and anyone serious about buying top quality yearlings at value prices should be here.”

The two day QTIS Yearling Sale will be held on Sunday and Monday and buyers have already begun their inspections.  The recent winning run in quality races by graduates of the sale should also give buyers confidence.

Buffering, who was beaten a lip in last Saturday’s G1 VRC Newmarket Hcp, cost just $22,000 at the QTIS Sale in 2009.  He was part of the Racetree draft at the inaugural sale.

Other graduates and their vendors include Magic Millions feature winners Punch On (Raheen Stud), Spirit of Boom (Eureka Stud) and this season’s stakes winning juvenile Discreet (Highgrove Stud)

Discreet isn’t alone as one of the star juveniles to have emerged from last year’s sale.  She is one of 26 individual juvenile winners to date from the auction in recent months.  Others include Doubtfilly (Twin Peaks), Lady Colours (Corella Stud) and Love Laughing (Mellum Park).

Magic Millions stalwart David Chester was also glowing in his praise.  “This is without doubt the best line up of yearlings at the QTIS Yearling Sale,” Chester declared.  “There are plenty of outstanding individuals out there and I’m sure prospective buyers will be impressed.”
