The BC3 Future Stars preview was held under sunny skies at Sutton Grange on Sunday and it couldn’t have gone more smoothly from the first gallop to the last afternoon parade.

Most observers agreed this year’s BC3 draft has the potential to step a class above the debut consignment in 2009 which has already produced the black type performers Dark Valley, American Crew and Tricky Tricky.

The 2010 BC3 Future Stars Sale will be conducted by Inglis at Oaklands Junction on Sunday, August 22.

Sunday’s post-gallop parade was a hive of activity and it was no surprise that progeny by top sires in More Than Ready, Stravinsky, Volksraad, Pins, Choisir, Encosta de Lago and Stratum spent a lot of time in front of prospective buyers.

Rising 2YOs by Lonhro, Fastnet Rock and Churchill Downs also created plenty of interest.

All 33 of Sunday’s gallops, as well as their parades, will be available this Friday at www.bc3.com and www.inglis.tv.
