Anglia moves to Matrice Park

Anglia has transferred to Matrice Park in South Australia.  The Strathalbyn property is operated by Bruce and Allison Potter and he will stand for a $1,500 service fee.

Anglia (Octagonal) was formerly based at Raheen Stud and Elysian Fields in Queensland.  He has sired 73 winners of 167 races at a 48% strike-rate topped by Listed winners Sam’s Express (BTC Doomben Slipper) and Song Of Hope (QTC Princess Stakes).  He is also the sire of Melbourne based Davcon who has earned over $460,000.

Bred by the late Jim Fleming at Tyreel Stud, Anglia is an unraced three-quarter brother to G1 racehorse and sire Dr Grace (Sir Tristram).  He is also a half-brother to G1 South Australian Oaks winner Asia (Danehill).
