Champion sprinter Diktat will relocate Spain next year. The Godolphin Group 1 winner has been signed to stand at Dehesa de Milagro in Navarra.
Diktat (Warning) began his stallion career at Darley’s Dalham Hall Stud in Newmarket and spent one season at the Haras du Logis in Normandy before being sent to Darley’s stallion base in Japan.
Diktat was a G1 winner of the Prix Maurice de Gheest and Haydock Sprint Cup. He is out of a half-sister to Cape Cross and his progeny includes G1 Falmouth Stakes winner Rajeem and the Group 3 winning fillies Short Skirt and Lady Gloria.
Another new recruit to Dehesa De Milagro is G1 Lockinge Stakes winner Keltos. He is a son of Kendor and was initially retired to Airlie Stud in County Kildare, however, fertility issues clouded his early stud career. He was due to shuttle to Alwyn Park in WA but was replaced by Verglas.
Keltos recommenced covering duties at Chevington Stud in Newmarket in 2007 and has spent the past two seasons at Haras des Granges in France.
