Victorian based stallion Presence was represented by his first winner at Kyneton on Monday.
The Luke Oliver trained Praesentia broke through in the Schweppes Maiden Plate (1450m) at his fifth start this season. He was forced to tramp three wide under Brad Rawiller but was always travelling like a $1.60 favourite.
Praesentia (3g Presence – Space Regent by New Regent) is raced by part-owner and breeder James Turnbull and started in the red after a gutsy second at Echuca last month.
Presence (Rubiton) won restricted sprints at Bendigo and Traralgon before retiring to Nargoonar Lodge which is situated just east of Pakenham. Turnbull stands him there for a $1,250 service fee.
