Australian bred Magic Millions graduates are taking Singapore by storm in the lead-up to the G3 Juvenile Championship at Kranji on July 31.

“The figures are quite staggering,” Magic Millions Sales Director David Chester reported.  “Magic Millions graduates have won 16 of the 17 races won by two-year-olds in Singapore this season – the other never went through a sale – so we’re 100% for auction graduates!”

Chester said Magic Millions graduates have a history of starring at two in Australia and this was now stretching overseas.

“As it stands right now our graduates are currently the best juveniles in New Zealand, South Africa, Hong Kong, Korea and Singapore!”

“The outstanding run of Magic Millions graduates in two-year-old races fits nicely with our sponsorship of the upcoming Juvenile Championship at Kranji.”

“The Singapore Turf Club and Magic Millions have been strongly linked for a number of years – in fact it stretches back over 30 years.

“Singapore owners and trainers have been long time to visitors to Magic Millions auctions at the Gold Coast as well as Perth and Adelaide and we’re delighted with their latest run of success.

“And let’s not forget Singapore’s champion galloper Rocket Man and top stayer Risky Business were also sold on the Gold Coast as yearlings!”

“The recent Aushorse Golden Horseshoe series for two-year-olds was a great success with Australian bred horses dominating.  Mr Big, a Gold Coast purchase, won the $325,000 final of the series and Magic Millions graduates filled the first five placings,” Chester added.

Singapore buyers will get their next opportunity to buy a ready made racetrack star when Magic Millions conduct the National Horses in Training Sale on October 19 and 20.
