Caulfield Cup day was a triumph for Magic Millions graduates. Six stakes winners in three States emerged from Magic Millions sales around the country headed by Caulfield Group winners Baughurst, First Command and McClintock.
Accompanied by the stakes race wins in Sydney of Bid Spotter and Love Conquers All and the jaw dropping performance of Waratah’s Secret in the Belgravia Stakes in Perth – it was a truly magical day’s action.
“A scan through the results for Saturday makes interesting reading,” Magic Millions Managing Director David Chester said. “Magic Millions graduates won six of the seven stakes races on Saturday.
“And even more emphatic was a metro win count of 22 wins. While the majority of horses aren’t able to graduate to black type level – the thing about racing is winning – and we’re delighted to see so many of our graduates are doing it so often.
“Knowing the connections of 22 of our graduates experienced this thrill on Saturday is wonderful.”
