Swettenham also bred Group 1 iron-horse Zipping and he banked $4.53 million for the Williams family.  “Niblick is an enormous talent,” Williams said.  “I would love to think he is still going strong as a nine-year-old – just like Zipping.”

Niblick is the fourth stakes winner for Coolmore champion Encosta de Lago this season following Aeronautical (ATC The Rosebud), Kneeling (MVRC William Crockett Stakes) and Sweetest Melody who won the Mona Lisa Stakes at Wyong on Friday.

Coolmore champion Encosta de Lago has sired 86 stakes winners and he will stand for an $110,000 (inc gst) service fee this year.
