Lane’s End Farm reports Zenyatta is no longer in foal to Bernardini.  The 2010 USA Horse of the Year was originally scanned in foal after being served by the Darley sire on February 23.

“She came up empty on a 35 day check,” Lane’s End manager Mike Cline said.  “It’s unfortunate but she’s happy and healthy.  Hopefully, we’ll get her right back in foal to Bernardini.”

Zenyatta (Street Cry) was a perfect 19-for-19 until suffering a heartbreaking defeat at the hands of Blame in the G1 Breeders’ Cup Classic last year.
